She works closely with international suppliers and major customers to ensure a reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective supply chain. Known for her proactive, solutions-driven approach, Jessica navigates complex global contracts, anticipates demand shifts, and builds long-term partnerships grounded in trust, transparency, and shared success.

Jessica began her career in the shipping industry, where early promotions strengthened her expertise in logistics and relationship management. Growing up around global trade, she developed a deep appreciation for international commerce and the coordination required to move products across borders. That foundation ultimately led her to Cortina, where she found the ideal blend of global sourcing, strategy, and collaboration.

Jessica believes strong leadership begins with listening. Her style centers on empathy, accountability, and empowering teams and partners to contribute meaningfully. Outside of work, she prioritizes family, enjoys Pilates, and embraces her role as a dedicated food explorer, always curious about new flavors and experiences both at home and around San Antonio.
