Jeff has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience across private equity backed and family-owned organizations. His background spans finance, operations, and strategic planning, but he is most passionate about building strong teams and developing leaders who drive attainable and sustainable growth.

During his career, Jeff has led organizations through expansion, acquisitions, and operational transformation by focusing first on people. His core beliefs are rooted in recruiting exceptional talent, creating clear accountability, and ensuring transparent communication across all channels as foundations of long-term success. Known for his collaborative style, Jeff prioritizes mentorship, transparent alignment, and empowering teams to take ownership of results.

His leadership approach combines financial discipline with a strong commitment to culture and a growth mindset. He values measurable performance, but equally believes that engaged, supported teams are what truly accelerate growth.

Raised in the greater New York area, Jeff remains connected to his community in many impactful ways. He serves on the board of Meals on Wheels and is a strong advocate for the neurodivergent community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time on the golf course and with family and friends.
