Who
we are...
Cortina
Foods is run by founder, Mario Nicoletti. Mario's history
with the food services began at an early age; working in restaurants
and running his own deli. "Everybody has to eat"
was and is Mario's call to arms. His gift for sales and natural
rapport with people has made Cortina Foods the company it
is today.
Maria
Nicoletti is Cortina Foods' Vice President, and takes charge
of the company's marketing and labelling directives. If
there is a label with Cortina's name on it, it was Maria's
creation.

What
we do... Cortina
Foods market a wide range of Italian food products. We scour
the globe in search of high quality and unique items to add
to our assortment. Olive oils and unque unsalted tomatoes
from Southern Italy, gourmet cheeses crafted from old-world
heritage, and a complete line of dried pasta products are
only a small sample of what Cortina is all about.
Service
is the key to Cortina's prosperity. Since day one, Mario
Nicoletti, president and founder, has strongly believed
in supporting the customer's needs. His strength in sales
and public relations have contributed to such services as
custom packaged, labeled, and processed cheeses; all within
in short turn-around delivery. Small orders are treated
with the same care and attention as large orders, with small
quanitity deliveries easily arranged to facilitate the small
independants who share an important role in driving the
Italian food market. |
